Hi there - I’m David Shands!

From employee to employer, I’ve worked in various customer-oriented industries. With entrepreneurship being my overarching area of expertise, I work to inspire and uplift my audience.

Since quitting my job at the Cheesecake Factory in 2012, my successful businesses, unique story, and successful teaching style have taken my speaking platform across the country. 

I now get to teach entrepreneurship, marketing, leadership, and mental toughness in a way that is being grasped and understood by audiences of all ages.

My message within entrepreneurship is to develop a mindset that allows you to think analytically by cultivating creativity and strategic thoughts. 

By teaching my audience about entrepreneurship in a simplified way, both current entrepreneurs and students can apply my practical concepts of strategically solving problems in both their personal and academic lives.
